Back To The Dust Bowl - Back To Work

There's a funny moment on the new Woody Guthrie CD. My mom and dad are on stage and he's been going off on some wild tangential tale, and she's trying to bring him back to the subject at hand. She says, "back to the dust bowl," and he says "back to work." That exchange has now become part of the family lingo as a way of saying to get back on subject... It may be funnier in our family than others. I left Mrs. G in Florida and rode up to the cold weather to get back to work. We've been enjoying our down time at our ruins on the river. Our house has not quite recovered from the hurricanes from a few years ago. But, that hasn't stopped us from pretending to be normal.
